As an office administrator for Andrew Sheret Limited, the role involves overseeing various administrative tasks at the branch to ensure the smooth internal operations, such as answering and transferring incoming calls, taking messages, greeting customers, cashiering, working in reception, and other administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide an excellent First Impression
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Cooperate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service
Assisting with quotes and invoicing
Accurate data entry
Document and report creation and analysis
General administrative duties
Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12
Friendly, approachable, and trustworthy
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and keyboarding skills
Strong analytic abilities
Capacity to multi-task and prioritize with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Good interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to business
Completes tasks thoroughly, accurately, and efficiently
