Position Summary



The Office Administrator will play an essential role in the non-instructional operations of the school and will actively participate as a member of administration making operational decisions and managing school resources and staffing.

Job Duties/Responsibilities



establishing school financial monitoring and recording systems to ensure accurate and timely recording, budgetary control, effective management and accounting controls are maintained preparing, analyzing and monitoring data and statistical reports to inform management decision-making processes providing leadership and supervision to non-teaching staff coordinating maintenance of facilities in consultation with the Principal and Head Custodian developing, implementing and maintaining office and administrative systems and procedures
participating as an active member of the school leadership team and in administrative decision-making processes





Education/Qualifications



a diploma in a related field such as accounting or office administration minimum three years related experience including supervisory experience knowledge of accounting principles, financial operations, policies and procedures excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills extensive knowledge of Division regulations and procedures proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerSchool, eBiz, Oracle, QuickBooks, Budget Planning System, Fee Management System, Time Recording System, PeopleSoft





Rate of Pay



$50.99 - $65.21 per hour
