Office Administrator - Edmonton



On-site, Full-time | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM



We're looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Edmonton team and be the go-to support for our Plumbers and Electricians. This role is at the heart of our operations -- helping keep things organized, efficient, and running smoothly. If you're proactive, tech-savvy, and love keeping all the moving parts connected, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do



Serve as the main administrative contact for our Edmonton team of Plumbers and Electricians. Set up and troubleshoot iPhones, iPads, and POS machines for local technicians. Support the team with payment processing, financing, and system questions. Process plumbing videos, customer info updates (name, address, email), invoices, and estimates. Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, vendor, and facility relationships. Handle mail, couriers, and warranty registrations. Coordinate monthly membership billings and adjustments. Review and correct daily technician invoices in our operational software. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for managers and technicians. Administer monthly truck inspections and follow-ups. Organize and digitize safety files and training records, and participate in Health & Safety meetings. Assist with onboarding new hires, scheduling safety training, and tracking completions. Provide general administrative support to the Service Manager. Communicate with customers (phone and email) when needed.

What We're Looking For



3+ years of administrative experience (required). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace. Bonus: Advanced skills in Google Sheets. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Exceptional customer service for both internal staff and external customers. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
