Position: Office Administrator
Location: 15851 116Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5M3W1
This role will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations for our company, and focus on improving workflow efficiency, managing purchase orders, and liaising with stakeholders. Key competencies and responsibilities include:
Streamline office operations and maintain project workflows to enhance productivity
Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems, e.g. contracts, permits, project documentations
Track project timelines, and project costing
Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Process purchase orders, assist with processing accounts payable functions (AP), verifying expense, and ensuring timely payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with president tasks
Support compliance with safety and company policies
Provide general administrative support and front desk reception duties
Proficiently use QuickBooks Online (QBO), Microsoft Office Suite, Bamboo HR etc.
Assist with payroll processing (Dayforce online platform) and related tasks
Requirements:
Relevant educational background in Business Administration or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
