Office Administrator / Real Estate Office Assistant
to provide administrative, bookkeeping, and marketing support to a team of real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Manage administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Accounting and bookkeeping functions (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, remittances and monthly reports).
Assist management and sales representatives with documentation, contracts, and onboarding of new agents.
Maintain and update the office website, social media pages, and online listings.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, meeting notices, and training updates.
Contribute to a positive, professional office environment that reflects the company's values.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or bookkeeping role (real estate experience an asset).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experienced in QuickBooks and real estate CRM experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional, reliable, and adaptable attitude.
