KSAB, a leader in both the real estate and construction industries, is currently recruiting an Office Administrator to support the daily operations of KSAB Group of Companies which includes KSAB Construction, Corner Brook Self Storage and KSAB Real Estate. If you have bookkeeping, general office administration and customer service experience, this may be the job for you!Job ResponsibilitiesThe Office Administrator will be responsible for all general office duties for KSAB Group of companies including answering telephones, greeting customers, filing invoices, managing emails and messages, general faxing, copying and other related tasks.In addition to the above noted tasks, the position is responsible for managing supplier and customer invoices and purchase orders, balancing vendor statements, allocating expenditures and expenses to specific site locations, updating databases, payroll and remittance, calculating and tracking real estate commissions, managing and recording trust deposits, ordering supplies and managing office inventory, managing cash, credit card and cheque payments. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for updating and posting content across a variety of social media platforms when required.As noted above, this position supports all administrative and operational functions of all companies that fall under the broader KSAB Group of Companies and as such, other duties and tasks may be assigned based on the business needs and operational requirements of each company.QualificationsThe successful will have previous bookkeeping and office administration experience and demonstrate strong working knowledge in MS Office, Simply Accounting and Sage Accounting. They should be familiar with operating general office equipment and have general working knowledge of computers/software programs. The ideal candidate will also have previous customer service experience and a working knowledge of posting social media content will also be required. The responsibilities and tasks required of this position are wide ranged resulting in a very fast paced work environment which will often require multitasking. As a result, the successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to work changes quickly and productively.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
