The Role:



The role comes with a total compensation package comprised of a competitive base salary

$40,000 - 52,000 per year, health, dental & insurance benefits, a wellness spending account, and a Company RRSP matching program. We also support our employees with a compensation package that includes professional development.

The successful candidate will have a friendly demeanor and professional outlook, will be service driven and hold themselves to a high standard.

As an Office Administrator, you will deliver exceptional customer service by skillfully performing a variety of administrative functions. Your role will include, data entry, front desk support, and a myriad of other administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:



Reception duties including directing phone calls and inquiries. Administrative support with a focus on data entry, document handling, and coordination of volunteer activities. Oversee client interactions and handle the preparation of required documents for direct cremations. Maintenance of office systems and handling essential tasks to support operations.

Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities:



A passion for customer care evidenced by previous professional experiences. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work independently, reliably, and manage tasks effectively under pressure. Detail-oriented with robust administrative and data entry skills. Experience with contract handling would be an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other languages are an asset.
