Noremac Group is looking for an organized, detail-oriented
Office Administrator
to support our Finance and Operations teams through the busy year-end period.
This is a hands-on administrative role focused on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes -- assisting with documentation, coordination, and communication across departments. The position is contract-based (approximately 8-10 weeks) with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance and Operations teams
Assist with document management, vendor setup, and general correspondence
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Support purchasing, invoicing, and expense workflows
Coordinate communication between departments and external partners
Perform other administrative duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and PDF tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (finance or operations exposure is an asset)
