A Day in the Life



As our

Office Administrator

, you'll be the first friendly face clients and visitors see. You'll keep schedules, systems, and communication channels humming, while supporting managers with diverse administrative needs. In short, you'll be the operational backbone that handles multiple communication channels that helps keep our team running smoothly allowing them to team shine!

Managing incoming emails and welcome all visitors and assist when required Document control Manage and process incoming mail and invoices Perform credit checks, collection and bank deposits while reconciling daily gravel slips and double check for accurate billing Assist with ordering and picking up supplies Assist with training meter readings for equipment Assist with managing safety communications Assist with events and training workshops Manage all promotional inventory and auction items

Minimum 2-years office administration industry experience Valid Drivers License required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
