About the Role
We're hiring an Administrative & Payroll Assistant to support our Head Office operations team.
In this role, you'll handle general administrative duties, internal documentation, and communication support -- while also assisting with payroll accuracy and timekeeping for our growing team.
You'll collaborate with both HR and Finance to keep our systems organized, compliant, and people-focused.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support (Main)
Provide daily admin support to Operations, HR, and Finance teams
Manage internal communication and digital filing systems
Prepare reports, memos, and meeting notes
Handle office-related inquiries and maintain workflow efficiency
Record Keeping & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee and company records
Support audits and compliance with internal/labor standards
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Timekeeping & Attendance Support
Verify employee timesheets for accuracy
Assist with timekeeping system issues and updates
Communicate with store managers to resolve discrepancies
Payroll Assistance
Help enter and update employee hours, wages, and deductions
Support payroll data preparation and reporting
Ensure timely distribution of pay summaries
Employee Communication
Respond to payroll and attendance inquiries
Coordinate with HR and Operations to keep information aligned
Reporting & Project Support
Generate basic reports and assist in admin-related projects
Contribute to process improvement and documentation

Qualifications
Required:
1-2 years of experience in payroll, HR, accounting, or administrative support
Basic understanding of payroll processes and labor regulations
Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Proficiency in Korean or English
Preferred:
Familiarity with payroll systems
Experience in multi-location companies (F&B, retail, hospitality, etc.)
