A highly organized individual in charge of keeping the office in shape and the shop on track; Keeping stock full, projects moving forward and moral high. Our Office Administrator will need to understand Quickbooks, the basics of payroll and the personality to handle sensitive issues. Must enjoy planning fun activities, decorating for holidays and overall bring joy to the stress of day to day work. Must like dogs as you will be working closely with one manning the security of the building.

There will be tasks involving: supply orders, HR, general admin, payroll, paying vendors, etc.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:



Oversee and coordinate office operations, maintaining accurate records, including invoices, contracts, and employee documentation. Gather timesheets, invoice clients and enter payroll from these sheets Act as the primary liaison between the shop, vendors, and clients. Organize Christmas parties/presents, and group activities throughout the year. Manage office supplies and equipment, as well as order shop supplies as requested. Assist in onboarding new team members, creating a welcoming and supportive experience. Monitor Vending Machine status - keeping full of snacks, providing change, and a variety of options. Monitor compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards. Updating when required. Answering phone calls. This role changes as time moves forward, must be adaptable to these changes.

Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience in office administration, executive assistance, or related roles. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks online. A proactive mindset with a strong focus on inclusivity and creating a positive team culture with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Have a strong personality with the ability to stand up for your principles and the vision of the company.

Hourly:

$20-24 an hour based on experience.
