We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and prepare listing and offer files.
Provide customer and agent support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Utilize Google Suite & Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Skills
Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office applications is essential.
Experience in a real estate or legal office setting is preferred but not required.
Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a busy office environment.
Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is advantageous.
