Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in managing office functions, and the ability to supervise staff when necessary. This role is vital in ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining efficient communication, and supporting human resources functions within the organization.

Duties



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Assist with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and vendor management to ensure accurate financial records and timely payments Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team management activities including training & development initiatives Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with employee relations Prepare reports related to budgeting, office supplies inventory, and operational efficiency Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and coordinate office events to promote a productive work environment Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of organization and communication across departments

Skills



Proven supervising experience with strong team management capabilities Proficiency in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll processing, vendor management Extensive office experience including front desk operations, clerical tasks, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations Ability to handle budgeting tasks accurately and maintain detailed records Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
