Global Controls Group Inc is a small electrical controls company in Barrie Ontario dealing in PLC & robot programming, machine & control panel wiring, equipment integration, and other aspects of the automation industry. We are currently seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of office administrator. The successful candidate will perform a range of tasks on a daily basis and possess the skillset necessary to perform these tasks both efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Answering & directing phone calls
Maintaining & organizing files
Running business related errands
Generating invoices
Processing receivables/payables
Processing other internal documents
Other general administrative tasks
Skills Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Microsoft Office experience is a must
Ability to prioritize and time manage
Ability to multitask
Driver's License and own vehicle preferred
Previous experience considered a strong asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
