Muttluks -- the original maker of dog boots and other premium pet gear -- is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Office Administrator to join our pack.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role in a technical, fast-moving environment that requires precision, adaptability, and heart. You'll be at the centre of our operations -- ensuring orders flow smoothly, systems stay in sync, and our customers receive the outstanding service Muttluks is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer service emails with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency Process and verify online and wholesale orders across multiple platforms Cross-reference and maintain data accuracy across integrated systems (Shopify, QuickBooks, etc.) Troubleshoot and resolve system sync or data issues Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed

Who You Are

Passionate about dogs, animals, and nature Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Able to navigate multiple digital tools and platforms with ease A strong communicator -- both written and verbal Comfortable working independently, yet collaborative and attuned to team energy Reliable, calm under pressure, and naturally proactive Tech-savvy (experience with Shopify, QuickBooks, Excel/Sheets, or similar platforms is a big plus)

Pay: $17.20-$29.62 per hour
