Key Responsibilities:

Customer Orders & Sales Support:
Receive and process customer orders via
phone, email, or in person
Provide
product details, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines
Accurately input customer orders into the
company's system
Maintain
up-to-date records
of orders, invoices, and customer details
Ensure accuracy in
product codes, quantities, and pricing
?
Financial & Administrative Tasks:
Manage
QuickBooks
, monthly
book balancing
, and
invoicing
Handle
payments, receipts, and collections
Process
rigging certifications
Oversee
inventory tracking & management
?
Tech & Workflow Efficiency:
Proficiency with
Excel, Word, Google Drive, and PDFs
Experience with
workflow integrations, automation, and software solutions
Familiarity with
AI tools like ChatGPT
is an asset
What We're Looking For:
Experience in
bookkeeping, invoicing, or QuickBooks
is an asset
Strong
attention to detail & organizational skills
Comfortable talking to
customers & learning about rigging
A self-starter who can manage tasks independently
