Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team and oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various tasks efficiently.

Duties

- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

- Maintain office filing systems and databases

- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping

- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory

- Assist in budgeting and financial record-keeping

- Oversee front desk activities and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Quickbooks, Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment maintenance

- Experience in payroll processing is a plus
