About the Role We\'re looking for an Office Administrator / Receptionist for our office located in Timmins, Ontario. This 3 month contract role will play a vital role in the customer service and organizational strength of our business. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors, and answer calls and emails and complete other administrative duties as assigned.

  • Greet visitors and offer appropriate assistance
  • Answer phone calls, emails and website inquiries
  • Copy, scan and organize office documents
  • Provide additional administrative support to other teams as required

What You Bring
  • Passion for customer service, drive to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with a variety or people
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bilingualism (English / French)
