BPC has been offering mine services across Canada since 2008, and we are excited to be expanding our team as we take on larger long term contracts heading into 2026!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day data entry, scheduling, travel logistics, and other general office work. You will need to take calls outside of office hours to deal with scheduling and travel disruptions.
Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, both desktop and online versions
Minimum typing speed 50wpm
Able to multitask and work with frequent interruptions
Professional communication skills
Familiarity with SharePoint, QuickBooks Online, LEM tracking (labour, equipment, and materials), camp scheduling, and travel booking will be considered an asset.
Additional Details
Our office hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
This is a full-time position. Off-hours duties will be balanced with office hours to add to 40 hour per week.
This position requires in-office work and will be offered to local candidate only.
The starting rate is $25 per hour, with clear opportunities for growth as you demonstrate success in the role.
