We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Duties
AP/ AR Clerk duties include:
Accounts Payable - post expenses and prepare payments for the Office Manager's review
Accounts Receivable - prepare and send invoices to customers, post payments to accounts, and forward monthly statements as directed by the Office Manager.
Receive customer payments -debit, credit card or cash.
Marketing tasks include:
Preparing digital and social media posts, as well as trade show preparation, as directed by management.
Reception duties include:
Direct walk-in customers
Screen incoming phone calls
Receive, sort, and attend to incoming mail.
Receive office shipments and record receivers in the ERP tracking system.
Administrative duties include:
Procurement of office supplies and shop consumables and organization of the same.
Organize and file office paperwork.
Scan, upload, and organize documents to ERP Repository Manager
Scan, upload, and organize COR documentation to appropriate folders
Hospitality & social events- coffee room and social events organization.
Requirements
Completion of Post-Secondary Accounting & Business Diploma.

Competent in the use of the computer and the following software: Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), JobBoss2, Adobe Acrobat
