Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Customer Service:
Answer and direct phone calls, page staff, and update the phone switchboard
Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
Maintain and update stock photos on the website, including uploading images and creating descriptions
Process outgoing mail and courier packages
Receive deliveries and ensure proper distribution of mail and packages
Accounting Support
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous office administration experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service expertise and professional telephone etiquette
Ability to manage high-traffic front desk operations efficiently
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in database management and general computer literacy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability to new technologies and tools
