We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration and bookkeeping, strong computer skills and communication skills. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer phones and relay calls and messages
- QuickBooks AR invoicing and AP processing
- Order and organize office supplies
- Maintain coffee station, office and refrigerated amenities
- In charge of employee coveralls management
- Manage multiple email inboxes
- Inventory Control and data entry
Skills & Qualifications
- Bookkeeping experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience with office equipment (printers and scanners)
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize workload while staying organized
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
