Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration: document management, scheduling, data entry
Assist with accounting tasks: basic bookkeeping, invoice preparation, expense tracking, reconciliations
Assist with sales tasks: quoting, order processing, customer communications
Support digital marketing initiatives: manage company website and social media, assist with online advertising campaigns
Efficiently use Microsoft Access and other Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Provide accurate reports and maintain records (administrative, financial, and sales)
Support logistics coordination and office operations as needed
Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Extensive experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar position
Basic accounting knowledge; experience with bookkeeping software is an asset
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude
Ability to support the sales and management team as needed
