Responsibilities and Duties include:
Customer relations through phone, email, and in person
Preparing and revising sales contracts
Scheduling trailer pickups
Licensing paperwork
Registering warranties
Preparing service sheets
Responsible for parts and service invoicing
Social media posts
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be detail and service oriented, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and work in a customer service-based environment.
Proficient computer skills (fluent in Microsoft Office)
Excellent customer service skills
Professional and organized

Strong communication skills

Dedicated to excellence
Experience with office administration is an asset
