We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have experience in managing office tasks efficiently.
Duties
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Perform data entry
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Oversee payroll administration
Answer electronic enquiries
Order materials and stock
Manage accounts payable
Reconcile accounts
Maintain filing system
Prepare price quotations
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficient in Quickbooks (or similar online system)
Strong computer skills
Previous office experience with accounts payable and reconciliations preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
