We are seeking a dedicated , detail-oriented and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.

Duties



Assist with office duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and more. Process accounts receivable: generate and send invoices, while following up on outstanding payments. Handle accounts payable: entering and processing invoices in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records and filing of receipts on bank and credit card statements. Support office operations including answering phones, managing correspondences, processing paperwork on time, and more.

Skills



1-3 years of experience in an office setting with a high proficiency in QuickBooks online. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks online. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
