Position Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries on the phone as well as emails.
Dispatch from customers and Drivers
Driver meetings and checking
Handling requests professionally and effectively.
Entering pickups into our system from calls as well as emails.
Contacting Carriers for updates and delivery receipts.
Handling Excel spreadsheet reports.
Handling emails and ensure timely responses.
Other duties as requested within the dept.
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
