Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries on the phone as well as emails. Dispatch from customers and Drivers Driver meetings and checking Handling requests professionally and effectively. Entering pickups into our system from calls as well as emails. Contacting Carriers for updates and delivery receipts. Handling Excel spreadsheet reports. Handling emails and ensure timely responses. Other duties as requested within the dept. Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. organizing paperwork in Office creating payroll
Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
