Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting both administrative functions and client interactions within a medical or dental office setting.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and clients. Handle incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems, providing excellent customer service. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Utilize Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks, including document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Experience



Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS office, Outlook applications is highly desirable. Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is beneficial. Experience in data entry and file management is essential. Attention to detail is crucial for proofreading documents accurately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
