We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Handle document proofreading, and ensure proper organization of digital records Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients or patients as needed Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping Assist with administrative tasks including calendar management, correspondence, and preparing reports Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and effective communication across departments Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, including managing patient records and appointment scheduling

Qualifications



Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles Strong computer skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing accurate records Prior experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and administrative support is highly desirable Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism at all times Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment while delivering outstanding support to clients and team members alike.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.36-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
