Smith's Water Delivery, located in Campden, ON is seeking to fill the following position:
Part Time Administrative Assistant for Monday - Friday, including a 2 Saturday-per-month rotation
Responsibilities will include;
Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
Providing quotes to customers
Receive and dispatch orders for deliveries
Enter data into internal system, maintain logs and records of calls, activities and customer information
Closing of drivers' day end balancing, including POS entry and credit card settlements
Receiving voice and email orders and preparing orders for the next business day
Closing staff responsible for office closing procedures and lock up
Skills & Qualifications:
1 - 2 years experience in a similar role (Administration, Customer Service and Dispatch experience combined)
Clear communication skills in both written and verbal
Professional phone etiquette, and strong customer services skills
Geographical knowledge of the Niagara Region with the ability to read maps
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite - specifically MS Excel
Working knowledge of Sage Accounting is an asset
