Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities



Assist in calendar management and scheduling shifts for staff. Provide administrative support to team members as needed. Ensure efficient communication within the office using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications. Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Skills



Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be proficient in Google Workspace to include Calendar, worksheets. Strong computer literacy with experience in Google Workspace applications. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong typing skills with accuracy in data entry and documentation. Previous experience in office management or administrative roles preferred. Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices..
