Overview

We are a dairy processing company currently implementing

Odoo ERP

to streamline our operations across production, inventory, sales, and finance. To ensure smooth adoption and day-to-day use of the system, we are seeking an

Odoo Support Specialist

on a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities

Provide daily support to Odoo users across different departments. Assist with setup, configuration, and usage of Odoo modules (Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, etc.). Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams or external partners. Train staff on how to effectively use Odoo for their work. Help ensure smooth rollout and ongoing adoption of the ERP system.

Qualifications

Previous experience working with Odoo ERP support Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, support end users, and meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and currently residing in Canada.
