Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Freight Supervisor to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily freight operations, supporting customer relationship management, and ensuring efficient supply chain processes. This role requires hands-on experience in logistics coordination, account management, and freight solutions, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery. Proficiency in using the GoFreight system and maintaining close communication with our U.S.-based team is essential.

Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate day-to-day freight operations to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations. Assist in maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions. Support account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and support new business opportunities within the freight sector. Utilize

GoFreight

system for data entry, shipment tracking, and documentation accuracy. Maintain regular communication with the U.S. operations team to align processes, share updates, and address cross-border operational matters. Implement operational improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. Provide guidance and training to team members on operational best practices, customer service, and system usage.

Experience



Proven experience in freight supervision, logistics coordination, or a related role, with an understanding of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations. Familiarity with sales support or inside sales in the logistics industry. Proficiency in

GoFreight or other similar system (Cargowise)

, customer relationship management tools, and data entry systems. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and U.S.-based colleagues. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Pay: $66,000.00 per year
