WHAT YOU BRING

Education/Experience:


A degree or equivalent from an accredited Physiotherapy program Current unrestricted registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) Experience or strong interest in providing care to the older adult population





Skills/Abilities:


Ability to manage a clinical practice in a health care setting Ability to complete analysis, using clinical knowledge, skill and judgement to synthesize assessment information Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing Ability to work independently, interdependently, and collaboratively within a model of interprofessional care Ability to develop and maintain respectful partnerships Commitment to clinical excellence and leadership in Rehabilitative care Demonstrated commitment to People-Centered Care approach and principles Ability to demonstrate reflective practice Strong project/time management, analytical/critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to use independent judgment and maintain confidentiality of records, actions, and information Excellent assessment and intervention skills are required Demonstrated regular attendance at work




Conditions of Employment:


This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory

Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC)

where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
