Available work Locations: Saskatoon, Regina & Surrounding Areas

With over 400 Occupational Therapists nationwide, Lifemark is dedicated to advancing Occupational Therapy services and delivering exceptional care to our communities. Our OTs provide individual and program-based assessments and treatments for auto carriers, life insurance companies, the legal community, employers and government agencies.


We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated

Independent

Occupational Therapist to help us service our disability management and employer services contracts in the Greater Saskatoon & Regina areas, providing the following OT services:

Physical & Cognitive Job Demand Analysis Functional and cognitive work capacity assessments Ergonomic assessments + follow-ups Cognitive and functional job coaching

Key qualifications:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Saskatchewan 1-3 years of experience working in a community-based and/or clinical setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required. Must follow Service Level Agreement scheduling and reporting timelines

Remuneration options:

Flat rate Fee for Service
