NovaCare Occupational Solutions emerged from a vision to unite our extensive private practice experience and vision of providing the highest quality health care and customer service. We are a community-based private practice dedicated to empowering individuals in Nova Scotia through exceptional Occupational Therapy services.
Our mission is to establish a private practice for Occupational Therapists in Nova Scotia, independent from national corporations and physiotherapy-based clinics. We leverage the growing support for Occupational Therapy services in the private marketplace, recently advanced by the WCBNS' Occupational Therapy contract for individual clinicians.
Due to increasing demand for our services, we are now expanding our team!

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services to adults, helping them overcome obstacles that limit their participation in essential activities.
Assist clients in achieving functional goals, preventing injuries, and enhancing independence through client-centered, goal-oriented, and evidence-based practices.
Provide comprehensive support in various settings, including homes, communities, and workplaces.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia (COTNS).
Strong commitment to client-centered care and evidence-based practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Experience with community-based care is an asset.
