Job Description

:

We're seeking a caring and creative Occupational Therapist (OT) to support children with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays through play-based and functional therapy.

The successful candidate will also partner with WMC Academy to help us qualify under the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) as a multi-disciplinary service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Provide 1:1 or small-group OT sessions (motor skills, self-care, sensory integration) Collaborate with parents, tutors, and behaviour teams Maintain progress documentation in line with OAP standards
Requirements:

Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) Pediatric experience (1+ year preferred) Comfortable working collaboratively with ABA and education professionals Knowledge of OAP billing/documentation is an asset

Pay: $47.08-$51.70 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
