Southlake is recruiting for an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to support the Urgent Geriatric Clinic. The Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist is an integral member of the clinical care team, providing direct support to the clinic's Geriatricians and Nurse Practitioners. The Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive assessment, consultation and counselling for complex seniors in an interprofessional outpatient clinic setting while developing and maintaining partnerships with our community providers.

Qualifications
Registered in good standing with the respective College/Regulatory Body (College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario or College of Physiotherapists of Ontario)
Masters of Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy or equivalent from a recognized university
Minimum 2 years of experience working with the geriatric population preferred
MOCA certification required, or willing to obtain upon hiring
BCLS required, or willing to obtain
