Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of all ages and abilities, including those with developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities



Assess and evaluate children's functional abilities and therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, play, and social participation. Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support treatment goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development.

Experience



Currently registered and in good standing with College of Occupational Therapists of BC (COTBC) 2+ years experience preferred Clinical experience with post-concussion, neurological populations, mental health challenges an asset Must have an active driver's license (Class 5) and own vehicle to drive Ability to do work in clinic and in the community (e.g., home visits, job site visits, community walks with a client) Previous experience with ICBC, LTD, and/or WorkSafe (e.g., OT Services, ECAT) referrals an asset 1 year experience in a Return to Work setting an asset. Excellent communication and report-writing skills; strong interpersonal skills.
