What we are looking for:



A registered Occupational Therapist with some experience in pediatrics (new grads with a passion for pediatrics are welcome to apply!). A willingness to learn and grow, with an interest in developing leadership skills and expanding your impact in pediatric therapy. A team player who is excited to collaborate with mentors and colleagues specializing in sensory integration and other pediatric therapy approaches. A self-motivated individual who values flexibility and independence in their work.

Responsibilities:



Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children's physical, emotional, and social needs to determine appropriate therapy interventions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on your assessments and goals, focusing on enhancing daily living skills and promoting independence. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements



A Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Experience in pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and believes in neurodiversity-affirming approach Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
