Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our innovative beverage offerings. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a leader in the bubble tea market.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including fresh tea, milk tea, and fruit tea. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Operate POS systems accurately for order processing and payment handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and procedures. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience. Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience or relevant experience in the food industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to operate POS systems effectively (experience with Micros POS is a plus). Good time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
