Summary

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our creative tea and beverage offerings. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a leading brand in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including fresh tea, milk tea, and fruit tea.

Operate POS systems efficiently to process customer orders. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace according to food safety standards. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Contribute to a positive team environment that promotes collaboration.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience or relevant experience in the food industry is required.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS is preferred. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is an asset. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
