Body Energy Club is a Vancouver-born health and wellness community with 19 retail stores and smoothie bars in the Lower Mainland. We specialize in vitamins, sports nutrition, supplements, and real food options -- from refreshing smoothies and bowls to healthy grab-and-go meals. What You'll Do

Create an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and engaging customers Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend solutions Share product expertise, sales techniques in

sports nutrition, supplements, and wellness

Support customers in achieving their health goals while driving sales growth Contribute to a clean, organized, and food-safe store environment Stay on top of incoming inventory products, merchandising, and new product launches Continually expand product knowledge of vitamins, nutritional supplements, and sports nutrition

What You'll Bring

2+ years in

retail sales or customer service

(health, fitness, or nutrition preferred) Strong interest or certification in

holistic nutrition, fitness, or sports nutrition

Enthusiastic, energetic, and professional communication style Ability to work a flexible schedule (32 hrs/week minimum, shifts between 7am-11pm) FoodSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) Contribute to a positive team environment and build great relationships with coworkers. Maintain constant punctual attendance.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

Work involves daily exposure to elements such as noise, dust, variety of food products Work environment involves daily exposure to physical risks such as working blenders, knives, etc. Position requires the ability to be on your feet for a long-extended part of your day, moving equipment or product up to 20 - 30 lbs.; reaching and kneeling daily Requires the ability to see, hear and communicate with associates as well as others by utilizing professional etiquette
