The Reh-Fit Centre currently has an opening for part time Nurse. We are looking for an individual who exhibits the core values behind our mission (integrity, professional, evidence, caring, and innovation), who represents the vision of the Centre by demonstrating a strong customer service philosophy, a professional image, and a commitment to helping people live a healthier life.

This position will be responsible for delivering the Centre's core values and exhibiting professional and caring support to our members and clients. The successful candidate is someone who enjoys people and wants to make a difference in building the health of our community. This individual will collaborate with the inter-professional team to deliver the highest quality programs and services, make the best clinical decision regarding the member's health and well-being, as well as provide emergency care and follow-up.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and the following experience and certifications:

Current CPR Certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider. Certification must be kept current. Active registration with CRNM. Minimum two years' experience working in a similar capacity. Strong customer service orientation. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation, facilitation, and instruction skills. Able and willing to participate and contribute in a team based work environment. Computer proficiency is required, experience with Accuro EMR is an asset. Previous applied exercise physiology, cardiac rehabilitation, chronic disease management and health promotion experience would be an asset.

Pay: From $38.74 per hour
