Nurse Practitioner

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis for 2 days per week. The NP will provide high-quality and patient centered care as a primary care practitioner, or working alongside our physician.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical exams and patient histories. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
Order, perform and interpret diagnostic testing.
Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with scope of practice. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and treatment options. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education. Adhere to clinical guidelines, protocols, and professional standards.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing Current registration with the College of Nurses Ontario. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with direct patient interaction.

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
