Job Description

Hiring a Nurse Practitioner to work two to four days a week in a busy family physician's office working with 3 different physicians.

Objectives:
- Support family physician in caring for patients

- Manage prescriptions renewal and review results/reports

- Assess and manage patients independently either virtually or in-person

- Experience in Geriatrics is necessary

Candidate must be a Registered Nurse Practitioner in Ontario and have Professional Liability Protection. Candidate must also be able to work independently, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of Oscar EMR is an asset but not required.

3 years of experience is required.

Services available in building: Pharmacy, Walk-in clinic, lab, imaging

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 32 per week
