Key Responsibilities:

As our Medical Director, you'll provide essential medical oversight for all aesthetic procedures at the clinic, ensuring full compliance with provincial regulations and best practices (CRNA, etc.). This includes:

Developing, implementing, and reviewing medical protocols, policies, and procedures. Ensuring proper charting, consent, and patient safety standards are consistently met. Offering guidance and support to our team of nurse injectors and aestheticians. Overseeing the management of complications and adverse events.
As a Nurse Injector, you'll actively practice a full range of injectable treatments, including:

Neuromodulators

(Nuceiva, Dysport)

Dermal Fillers

Bio-stimulators

Conducting comprehensive patient consultations, assessing needs, and creating personalized treatment plans. Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records. Staying current with the latest techniques, products, and safety protocols in aesthetic medicine.
Qualifications:

You must be a

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

, licensed and in good standing with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA). Possess

extensive experience

as a cosmetic injector, with a proven track record of delivering excellent patient outcomes. Demonstrate a strong understanding of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques. Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Show a strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development. Be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
