The NP will provide advanced, evidence-informed care to patients experiencing a range of pelvic floor health concerns. Responsibilities include independently assessing, diagnosing, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and managing care using a trauma-informed, holistic approach. The NP will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic tertiary care environment. As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will provide a full range of comprehensive health services to individuals across their lifespan. You will be responsible for integrating clinical skills associated with nursing and medicine to assess, diagnose, order, and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe treatment, and perform procedures to manage and meet the health needs of patients. Additionally, you will utilize advanced practice nursing competencies related to Clinical Practice, Leadership and Optimizing Health Systems, Education, and Research to increase care quality, promote appropriate use of health services, and inform and influence healthcare systems.
