Contract:

1 Year Full-Time (37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

Are you a Nurse Practitioner with a heart for healing and a passion for equity in healthcare? At WMTS, we're more than a treatment program--we're a community of care. We're looking for a dedicated NP to join our interdisciplinary team and provide holistic, trauma-informed support to individuals navigating substance use and concurrent mental health challenges.

You'll be a vital part of a team that supports clients through acute withdrawal and into a 5-week residential treatment program. Your work will directly impact lives by ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care for people often underserved by traditional healthcare systems.

What You'll Do



Deliver comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and individualized care plans Provide primary care and medication management (including OAT) during withdrawal and treatment Collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians, counselors, and community partners Support continuity of care through thoughtful transitions and referrals Mentor and guide non-medical staff to enhance team capacity and client outcomes Contribute to policy and practice improvements with your clinical expertise
