Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Nursing Director, or The Assistant Director, Nursing Education, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St. Boniface General Hospital, the Continuing Education Instructor is responsible for: acting as a clinical educational resource for nursing unit personnel; facilitating the learning process and evaluating learning outcome; planning, coordinating, and in conjunction with the Nursing Director, evaluating unit specific orientation programs; participating in educational activities within the specific Department, the Patient Care Portfolio, and throughout the Hospital; and performing other related duties as required/assigned.
